At St Luke’s Community Church, we are very blessed to have a main hall (sanctuary), a smaller hall with a wooden floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and a small, comfortable room for meetings, counselling, or small groups. We don’t currently accept party bookings.

There is a 10% discount available for anyone from Swarcliffe or Whinmoor making a one-off booking — and up to 10% off regular bookings.
We offer this to bless the community in which we serve.
Just add your address to your booking form and the discount will be automatically applied.
A Culture of Honour
Our desire is to make booking affordable for everyone. We will do our best to honour you and our wonderful estates, and make sure cost does not stop groups from running.
However, if you apply for funding for your group, please include room hire in your bid to cover the cost. This honours us and helps us to put the money back into the church to make it the best it can be.
Private companies and groups which charge an attendance fee will be expected to pay the full amount for room hire.
